Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services ("Service") operated by The Hunter Foundry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Subscription and Billing

Payment Terms

• •Automatic renewal unless canceled
• •Pro-rated charges for mid-cycle upgrades
• •Refunds within 30 days of initial purchase only

Usage Limits

If you exceed your subscription tier's usage limits, you must upgrade your subscription. Failure to upgrade may result in service interruption.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• •Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

SMS Messaging Terms

(Applicable to products with SMS features)

User Responsibilities

As a user of SMS features, you agree to:

• •Only enable SMS for recipients where you have authorization to contact them
• •Ensure phone numbers are accurate and belong to the intended recipients
• •Inform recipients that they may receive SMS notifications
• •Promptly honor opt-out requests from recipients
• •Not use SMS features for marketing, promotional, or unauthorized messages

Opt-Out Mechanism

Recipients can reply STOP to any message to opt out. Users can also disable SMS notifications in the product dashboard. We maintain opt-out records and will not send messages to opted-out numbers.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on network conditions and recipient device availability. Message and data rates may apply.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• •Access continues until the end of the billing period
• •No refunds for partial months
• •Data is retained for 90 days, then deleted

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hunter Foundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Hunter Foundry from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
